we made beer ! an IPA and a cloudy wheat beer ...
not only is it unpasteurized and full of living goodness , it is delicious ! and cheaper than speedy beer !!!

Akio the brewer is a natural teacher and excellent with the details , thus things were simple .
It took about 7 hours we made 20litres . although the volume could be increased without taking much longer .

it will be left in the fermenter for 2 weeks , then bottled and refrigerated for 2 weeks , then enjoyed with good friends and good food .
